Claude API and Cloudflare are read straight from their bills each month. Claude API is split by which API key used it (a key named for Materials counts toward Materials); Cloudflare charges are split by each app's share of site traffic and database use that month. Things with no billing feed — Claude subscriptions, Microsoft 365 — are entered above once with how often they repeat.
